Our conference room package includes all the tools you need for a successful meeting or presentation. You'll have a flipchart stand, whiteboard, DVD and video recorder, data projector, white screen, computer, and a surround sound system. The room is fully air-conditioned, and we offer free wireless internet access. Everything is set up and ready to go, so all you need to bring is your memory stick.

The booking will only be confirmed after:
- agreement and purchase order are received (applicable to government only)
- or agreement and full payment are received.
Kindly be advised that we charge according to the requested number of people. Shall there be extra people who attend the conference, it will be additional charges. Please inform us as soon as possible if there are changes in the number of people to avoid inconveniences.
Cancellation Policy
- 25% of Total amount 4 weeks before arrival
- 50% of Total amount 3 weeks before arrival
- 75% of Total amount 2 weeks before arrival
- 100% of Total amount 1 week before arrival
